Primary Responsibilities:
• Compiling all civil engineering drawings.
• Standards for all drawings and quality control of all drawings prior to submission to clients
• Gathering of information and project administration
• Assisting with the design of roads, sewer, stormwater and water pipelines and building platforms
• Record keeping and issuing of all drawings.
• Suitable candidate must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Requirements:
• Candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in drawings and experience in Civil 3D.
• Candidate must have accredited AutoCAD training.
• AutoCAD – Using x-ref drawings, sewer/stormwater/water networks, compiling longitudinal sections and setting out data for roads and pipe networks, setting up drawings that include all the relevant data required for construction, layout drawings, detail drawings.
• Experience working on civil infrastructure services including water, sewer, roads and stormwater (Primarily for housing developments).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
